Questions

Is PVC site hoarding better than timber hoarding?

Go-Hoard™ site hoarding is crafted from waste content PVC, which means that previous waste products are being reutilised within the construction industry, rather than using materials like timber that have a limited lifespan when cut into timber hoarding.

Similarly, the durable properties of PVC mean that Go-Hoard™ will last much longer than traditional timber, resisting weather damage and UV fading, enabling you to reuse panels again and again.

It is also more resistant to vandalism and is easier to replace in sections if panels are accidentally damaged – keeping your site looking professional for longer.

For this reason, more and more site teams are considering PVC site hoarding, like Go-Hoard™ versus timber alternatives.

Can Go-Hoard™ site hoarding be personalised?

If you are looking to personalise your site hoarding, look no further than Go-Hoard™.

As a flat-faced surface, Go-Hoard™ is very easy to cover with site hoarding wrap or graphics, so eye-catching displays can be added in as little as a few hours.

Enabling you to add anything from information about completion dates to what the project will look like upon completion, rendered imagery, or contact details.

Alternatively, why not order site hoarding in your very own corporate colours?

This can help to advertise your company, increase brand awareness, and can even help people to find you, especially if your site is a new build project or is hidden from the main road.

The recycled PVC can be extruded in a range of BS/RAL colours to add personalisation without the extra expense of wrapping your PVC boards.

To order custom Go-Hoard™ site hoarding, call our sales team today – they will be able to place your custom order and arrange delivery. Remember to have your chosen RAL colour details at hand to avoid delays.

Can I install Go-Hoard™ site hoarding temporarily?

If you would prefer to install hoarding on-ground for a shorter-term project, Go-Hoard™ site hoarding can be installed on-ground with 750kg SafeBlok™ Kentledge blocks to ensure it stays in place.

Each unit is supported by scaffold tubes and our 750kg SafeBlok™ concrete ballast blocks, placed at regular intervals along the perimeter, within the boundary of the site.

This allows fencing to be installed and removed without the need for securing groundwork – perfect for sites that want to reuse sections of site hoarding without buying excess.

Missing the machinery needed to install the hoarding and coordinating Kentledge ballast blocks? Call our sales team to discuss our full expert product installation service and place your order.

Does Go-Hoard™ PVC site hoarding work with gates?

Absolutely!

The Go-Hoard™ site hoarding system comes with either a pedestrian or vehicle gate, so access can be monitored and controlled.

The pedestrian gate or door comes in a galvanised steel mesh design and can be powder-coated with any BS/RAL colour to help it blend in with your personalised hoarding.

Likewise, the 2.4m (H) x 2.5m (W) vehicular gate provides access to vehicles less than 5m wide and can also be powder-coated as required.

Both gate styles can be secured with a padlock and chain for increased security.
