How do I place an order ?

To place an order, all you need to do is select the product you wish to purchase or hire and add it to your shopping cart. What is the standard delivery time ?

Our stocked products usually take 2-5 working days to be delivered. However, the lead times may vary depending on the products ordered, scheduling, and number of delivery loads required. Once the order is ready for delivery, our transport team will notify you of the expected delivery day. Please note that deliveries are made between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Who is responsible for offloading the delivery?

As standard, the customer is responsible for offloading the vehicle. However, if you require an offloading service, please enquire with the sales office as we have many vehicles capable of offloading goods.

Does someone need to be present at the delivery address?

It is important to have a designated representative present on the premises to receive and sign for the order on the agreed delivery date. This will help to ensure that the delivery process goes smoothly and that the order is properly accounted for. Please make the necessary arrangements to have someone available to receive the delivery at the specified time.
